I would like to know if you require stylists at Morgantown WV store to wear masks? I have been a customer there for several years and would like this information thanks

Morgantown WV store Patteson drive are not wearing masks or face visors. Can Regis check into this. I dont feel safe if stylists dont wear mask and or face shield. Please send me your response. Email me at djm77777@***.net

I brought an easy cut picture with me and the stylist said thats easy to cut...no problem. My hair is now super short and nothing like the picture!

The Muncie, IN store has not had walk in service for months. I am going elsewhere after 16 dedicated years to this business. D

I went into your place of business today and asked to get a blowout and to get my dead ends clipped I specifically asked the stylist did she know how to do my type of hair she told me yes ma'am I do. By the time she was done my hair was poofy, and she had cut a lot of my hair off..when I said I only asked for my dead ends to be clipped she told me it's the same thing I then told her I have been getting my ends trimmed and hair blown out for years that is jot what u have me she then said I can pay for your hair cut. I then told her that's exactly what I mean I never asked to have my hair cut I asked for my ends to be clipped . I left but I would like to be contacted about this horrible stylist as soon as possible she was rude and mad as if I cut her hair!!!

Went into famous hair and asked for purple underneath hair on bottom layer. Turned out real and purple splotches. Bethanie had me come back to fix it so attempted to fix it and it's still not fixed. I paid $90.23. And my hair is ruined. I had to pay $100 to get my hair fixed.

I am a loyal customer...an additional 3.95 surcharge for cleaning? Unheard of..I don't charge you when I sanitize my home.. Lowes food store doesn't add surcharge every time they wipe your cart...this was the 2nd time...and I voiced my opinion, greedy....I will not be returning.

The salon in Weirton, WV is closed I have 185. Dollars in gift cards. I want my money back since it is no longer open

I live in Simpsonville, SC which is in the Greenville area. I have been a customer of Famous Hair for 6 years and always go to April at the Woodruff Rd Salon. When will the salon reopen?

turned our service down with 2 children saying that they closed at 4. but we came in at 3. said they would only take 1 child. not the other. then got rude and laughed.

the one in ravenna ohio will never get my business again , they cut it the way they want to, not how the customer wants it. WASTE of money and time

I went to a Famous Hair in New Castle Pa 16101 the Walmart Plaza on state street, the manager is named “Barb”. I came in for foils of red.... my hair is dark brown, i told her i dyed it awhile ago with dye from Sally’s......my stylist “Chelsee” put blonde in foils first, left on for 30 minutes... Barb said add more and leave on another 10 minutes, Chelsee added more blonde then took a little boy to cut his hair, well the dad wasn’t happy about that haircut either and Barb had to fix that, but I sat there longer then 10 more minutes more like 20 [total of 50 minutes]until I finally asked Chelsee to please rinse my hair because it was on so long. She rinsed and blew dry, needless to say the blonde is totally breaking off!!! [i have pictures]Barb says to put the red on and it will make it feel better!!! Seriously!!! It’s breaking off!! Barb says that’s normal!! They put the red on after I asked repeatedly if this going to make it worse and then both reassured me by saying no! It’s breaking off!! Barb says it’s just the ends and it’s normal!! Seriously!!! So they both put the red on, mind you I have a very short pixi and it was 5 foils horribly placed. They leave that on less then 20 minutes. While Chelsee is rinsing my hair, she calls barb over, I peek to see them looking at each other nervously, and I ask what?? They say the red I picked was very light... lie! It was a RR something or other out of a book of colors they had, they finish washing and rinsing my hair, Barb says are you going to condition her?... Chelsee wasn’t going to, she was towel drying me already, but she says yes and conditions me! I sit in the chair and see the blonde, the red didn’t fully cover the blonde that’s breaking my already short hair!! So now I’m leaving, very upset, she tells me it’s going to be 66 and some change, I said NO WAY! You fried my hair OFF and then the red didn’t even take at the roots!!! So she made it 46 and offered to do something more, not sure what she could do to fix it short of shaving me bald!! I said no thank you I’m going to Sally’s for a Professional opinion!! I paid the 46 that I want back, went to Sally’s paid another almost 14 to make my hair look ok for the next few weeks!! Someone needs to check this shop out!! It’s hideous!! I am asking for all of money back, and the money I spent at Sally’s to fix it for a month before I can put permanent in, which will then cost me more!! Pictures to follow! I called up the Napoleon Famous hair salon on 9-13-19 to make a hair apt for the following day. I was told by one of the hair dressers that I needed to go to their website to make the hair apt. I hadn't had to do this for my 2 prior hair apts so I was confused by having to do this which was slightly inconvenient for me but I did so anyway because I wanted my hair done. When using their website to make the apt there wasn't any notification to let me know who the assigned hair dresser will be. I arrived for my apt 10 min early on 9-14-19 and checked in and they confirmed that I had a 4:00 pm apt. I waited close to 25 min before someone took me back. Why schedule a hair apt ahead if you have to wait was my thought. One of the hair dressers said that she couldn't do my hair because she was scheduled to be off at 5:00pm. I felt like no one wanted to wait on me. The "assigned" beautician looked at the computer and consulted with another co-worker and asked if she had to wait on me. The co-worker told her that she had to because I was already signed in. I got the impression at this point (which was 30 minutes after my apt time), that she didn't want to color my hair and wanted to be off timely. I was nervous how she was going to treat me after finding out that she couldn't get out of it. She appeared disorganized and frazzled and brushed through my hair rather harshly. I felt like I had to apologize to her for her being the one stuck with me. I was pleased with my hair color overall and she was fairly pleasant after time went by but I'm very hesitant to schedule a new apt after all I went through. It would have been much simpler if I could have just made the apt over phone like I preferred and requested the beautician who did my hair the first 2 times who I was more comfortable with. This wasn't a pleasant experience for me. I am very displeased with your salon and won't be making it back unfortunately.
